Complex requests may take up to thirty (30) business days with prior notice to you.

11.1 The wi1win Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. wi1win does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
11.2 Age is verified at the point of registration and through the KYC process. Where wi1win discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted and the Account will be closed.
